GENERAL RULES

Upon enrollment, I am expected to follow the Rules and Regulations being imposed by the company.

Payment: Enrollment fees must be paid in full on or before the start of the review period.
 

Course Overview Access: You are expected to the Diagnostic Test on the Perfect9 portal and all other activities assigned prior to the start of the review. Non-compliance prevents you from attending the class.

​

Use of Electronic Devices: Mobile phones and other gadgets must be turned off or in silent mode. Incoming calls mut be taken outside of class. Recording the lectures in any way is prohibited. Any student caught in the act will be removed from the webinar and will face legal consequences.

​

Active Participation: Classes are made interactive both by you and the coach, so your active participation is required.

​

Attendance: Your attendance in review sessions (both AM and PM sessions) will be checked.

​

Absences: If you are unable to attend the class, kindly inform the Student Adviser (SAC) via email, Viber or Messenger at least 24 hours in advance.

​

Missed Classes: You are responsible for reviewing any handouts or notes provided if you miss a class. There will be no recording of the missed lecture for later viewing. The same applies to late comers.

​

Proof of Medical or Emergency Absence: If you are absent due to illness or emergency, you must provide a valid medical certificate or relevant documentation. Absences without prior notice or a valid reason will be marked and unexcused and may affect your standing in the course.

Punctuality: Classes start at 9 AM so be sure to come on time as late. If you are running late to class, kindly reach out to the SAC so you can catch up on what you missed.

​

Break Time: There will be an hour of lunch break—from 12 PM to 1 PM.

​

Sit-in Policy: Subject to the coach’s approval, students who would like to hone specific skills further may opt to join future classes. Moreover, sitting in is a privilege given only to students who showed discipline and commitment to learning but were unable to complete the course due to unforeseen and/or uncontrollable circumstances. Discipline and commitment to the course are assessed through class participation and completion of assigned tasks.

1. Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise indicated, Perfect9 by Rachell Allen (hereinafter referred to as Perfect9) owns the copyright for the content presented in the webinar. All webinar content is to be viewed by the registrant only, and under no circumstances it is recorded or reproduced. All materials that will be sent to you are intellectual property of Perfect9. Any breach of copyright, including recording the presentation or any unauthorized use or distribution of the material in part or in whole will lead to legal action.

2. Electronic Communications: You consent to receiving communications from us electronically regarding matters related to the course. However, any legal complaints will not be entertained electronically and must be done through a written hard copy sent via email.

3. Confidentiality of User Communications:  Perfect9 will maintain strict confidentiality of all user-related information, including those transmitted directly to Perfect9. However, postings

done by you on the portal (message board) or in the webinar (chat box) will not be considered confidential. Perfect9 may use and disclose information contained in such postings (including any ideas, concepts, know-how or other intellectual property) for any purpose deemed appropriate by Perfect9.

4. Data Privacy: Perfect9 is committed to protecting the information of our clients. Together with our learning service provider, we are currently implementing strict measures in terms of data privacy, web and cloud security. Rest assured that your information will be properly handled and protected.

5. Security Measures: By attending the Perfect9 online course, you are agreeing to the following security measures (both in the webinar and learning portal):

a. Students are required to turn on their videos for strict monitoring of activities.

b. It is highly suggested that students use a desktop or laptop when joining the session.

c. Students are required to wear headphones or earphones during the session.

d. Copy-paste features are disabled.

e. Download and print features are disabled on the learning portal.

f. Print screen feature on desktop or laptop will be deactivated.

g. Strong password recommendations will be enforced.

h. Your activity logs will be strictly monitored.

i. All activities on the learning portal include an expiration timestamp without extensions.

j. Photo verification feature will be activated before taking a test; the student is required to have his photo taken for identity confirmation.

k. Your account will be LOCKED after a series of failed logins.

l. Multiple logins from the same user are NOT ALLOWED; one device per user only.

m. Change of password by the user in a specific period is allowed.

n. Your location while accessing or undergoing our program (whether webinar or portal) will be MONITORED.

6. Connectivity: Perfect9 is not liable for any internet-related interruptions that may occur during the session. The technical support team will always be available to address any technical issues that may arise. They will be closely monitoring ALL ATTENDEES regarding attendance, participation, behavior and compliance with the rules during the webinar. The Cisco Webex app will be used for the session, and the student is responsible for downloading the app on his gadget (desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone).

7. Registration: By registering for the webinar, consent is given for application details to be provided to Perfect9 for monitoring and verification purposes. Your personal data will not be used for any marketing-related activities.

8. Online Learning Materials: Perfect9 will provide lecture notes downloadable in PDF format to facilitate a smooth learning experience. You are responsible for printing these out whether at home or through a printing-service provider. All webinar-related materials remain a copyright of Perfect9 by Rachell Allen.
